Having for years wanting to explore both countries, the opportunity finally presented itself. Unaware of an undercurrent of tension, we found both countries friendly and optimistic, culturally rich, and technologically innovative. From a world perspective, both have good reason to forgive the past and trust in cooperation for a secure future as economic partners and respectful neighbors.
